Marx coined the term capitalism. Capitalism was defined by communists. Why are we using vocabulary coined by dirty commies? Surely we should drop these communist terms such as "anarchist" "capitalist" etc. What vocabulary should be adopted instead, perhaps "propertarian"?

It doesn't matter. If I say yes, and call myself a propertarian or a free market ant-statist, my position will still be substantially the same.

How many times are you going to make this shit thread asking the same inane question about terminology and semantics? What capitalist describes is close enough to what most of us believe and is understood as such by most people, except you apparently. There's no pressing need to add another word that differs only by semantics from its predecessor, it will only serve to make things more confusing.

Literally this. The only use of labels are to be an easy way to describe certain concepts. It doesn't matter who coined the term capitalism, as the word itself is quite frankly the least important part of capitalism.

I honestly think this would be better. The word "capitalism" has too many negative things associated with it. And words like "pure capitalism" give some people heart attacks, whereas almost no one disagrees with private property, even though it's the same thing. Even commies try and get away with owning private property by labeling it as "personal" property.

I can see three possible positions on violence and property. One is that violence should never be used. Another is that violence can always be used to protect property. A third is that violence can be used proportionally to the violence of the attack.

Fourth, violence should be used whenever it makes economic sense. If your property is not secure it is no property. Anything else is an unstable distortion of reality that must be propped up by brainwashing.
