Yeah, it's a fucked state of affairs. It's interesting that in one of his speeches in regards to Omnibus, he states that we badly need more helicopters, tanks, etc when I'd have to say we have a pretty sizable amount of everything as is. Although from what I've heard, a good portion of it is going towards the wall.
