Serenity. Granted I know it's by Joss Whedon but it's the closest thing I can think of. Any others it'll be more like seeing what you want to see.

Movies? No. But games, even though the devs are soyboy cucks, Subnautica unintentionally has an ancap government. Datalogs you find scattered around reveal that governments in the future have been abolished and replaced with planet sized mega corporations called trans-govs, which engage in mutual trade and codified the NAP into writing following some decade long hyperwar.

Also, Moon is a Harsh Mistress is supposed to get a movie, but it's directed by Bryan Singer so it's going to be ass.

Metal gear the movies

Shooter, the one with Mark Wahlberg, deals with state corruption and the deep state, it also has some very good shootouts. And in Changeling, we see a corrupt police force give a mother whose son went missing a completely different child, pretending it was her own, even though they looked nothing alike. It's also based on a true story.
