As you said, the average Somali has an IQ of 70, which is hardly functional.

Meanwhile, there are few significant mountains/forests and almost no arable land; and it's only getting worse over time due to deforestation and desertification. Any chance of outrunning statist warlords is nil in that kind of environment.

Interesting thesis. I'd be interested to see a defense for it. Regardless, changes in the IQ of a population don't happen overnight; for the foreseeable future, Somalian IQ would not be conducive to the type of libertarian social order I'm looking for, even disregarding all the other undesirable traits of that ethnicity/region.
