Yes, no, whatever. Suicide is an act of self-owning volition that shouldn't be interfered with by the state, but a prohibition against preventing suicide would be cumbersome and unnecessary. Who would even get struck by that, with what enforcement? Not a jury in the world, as the saying goes.

By being born, you implicitly and irrevocably consent to the social contract, which, amongst other things, forbids suicide and assisted suicide. A fetus has not been born, and is not bound by such an agreement. It can end its own life with no repercussions, and others can legally assist it in dying if the fetus requests that they do so. This request for assisted suicide can be considered implicit unless otherwise stated, since all babies spend their time crying, sleeping, eating, and shitting themselves. That's not what happy people do.

stopping a suicide is a violation of ones ownership of their own life and technically a NAP violation for those who care about that, but if you are reasonably certain they will not harbor ill will to you after an aggression then there is no particular reason not to do it

other examples of technically aggression would be to bust someones door down when you notice a fire in their kitchen to put it out while they are away, they will certainly thank you afterwards

yet another, some people look at sex as an aggression, if you initiate it without permission then the other party is very likely not okay with this and it is commonly known as rape, but if you get permission first then there is no one to complain
