That's a nonsensical complaint. Nonsensical because, if you truly didn't care about property rights, you also wouldn't care if anyone held a monopoly on them. As it is, however, you do care, because these goods are scarce and their distribution is important. The question, then, is not whether to distribute scarce resources but how to do it. And you would defend your scheme of distribution just as vigorously as we'd defend ours.
