i used to consider myself a minarchist, but since market self regulation system seem to be so efficient, i'm currently evolving into an anti-state libertarian (since i haven't read rothbard yet i don't want to call myself an ancap).

what i wanted to ask you is if it's really necessary a big-ass civil code to mantain a society. or the NAP is enough?

"Big-ass" no. Some form of coherent common law among the different legal systems, which probably won't change too much just because there isn't a state, will be enough. The NAP is not the Law. When we say it "enforces itself" we mean it's sound enough to not be overly dependent on physical compulsion.
