I would probably do my best to either ignore or disregard them without giving them a verbal refusal. I don't much like people appearance or otherwise but even if it were a cute girl I think I'd feel very wary and uncomfortable. I mean if this person isn't crazy they're likely trying to trick me into something I'd have to think. I guess strange minds think alike. Was the girl in question, by chance, one you had previously crushed on before you met your waifu? I had a very similar situation at the class Christmas Eve last December, where a girl that I had had the hots for (badly and retardedly) the spring of that year and I broke wafers and exchanged wishes (it's an east-Euro Xmas tradition). She was generally friendly and seemed to put effort into her wishes for me (from most girls and about half the other guys I'd get a generic "all the best"), and I still got spaghetti and blushed, especially when giving her my wishes for her. She then requested a hug and I just kind of stood there. Afterwards, I felt horribly guilty and dirty for having: a) spilt spaghetti and gotten all embarrassed over someone whom I had long decided to put in the past; b) touched a girl other than my non-existent waifu in a semi-intimate way. I guess it was a "so close and yet so far" kind of thing - I got female contact, but not with the only woman I've wanted it from since last summer.

Depends where. I'd always be paranoid in the end tho.
In the city or if it is a foreigner I'd most likely reject him. If I'm in the countryside I'd give him a look and if he doesn't look like an axe murderer I'd allow it to happen.
