Find a group (about 5) you resonate with, train/practice random scenarios. Go camping with minimal gear and 2 tents. Have a leader who's actually a good leader. Be sure everyone has a specialization.

Just camp, shoot, practice and bullshit, essentially form a brotherly bond.

Then just train some more.

Your squad will develop it's own tactics and communication. Works better that way.
