Any of you have experience with this?

I rather like the sound of them, but want to know what build quality is like. Seems like someone mated a mak and a ppk.

Yes, I had to learn how to disassemble and check it for wear. And that obviously means I can't tell you that much about actually using it.

They aren't pretty, but they didn't deliberatley use low quality materials or left anything way too thin to save money.

I heared from trustworthy sources that they aren't too accurate beyond 20-25 meters. What I know for sure is that its mostly used by the police nowadays as our military is just on its way to replace it with Czech pistols.

Pretty much that. Solid design executed, if not perfectly, very reasonably well. Trigger can be on the heavy and rough side.

Like any DA/SA pistol some extra training on double taps is worthwhile.

Forgot to mention: I've heard that Beretta bought the "recipe" of the aluminium alloy that FÉG developed for this pistol (it had some cracking issues at first, so they had to do some R&D) and used it in the Beretta 92. Unfortunately I can't verify this.
