The local DFL windbags in my state are set to release their new gungrab bill or "gun violence prevention bill" to pat themselves on the back despite the last gun bill in MN falling on its ass with even several democrats not being assed to voting for it since it literally was just tacking on more legislature on top of the domestic violence gun bill

Well Washington state just passed a pretty unconstitutional bill that they're being sued by multiple parties over.

I've always thought of SWATing as a serious crime but if HF 1605 passes, maybe Pinto should see what it's like to be on the receiving end of a Red Flag raid.

I've also looked at the text of the background check bill and it does indeed make loans a felony. Forget lending your buddy or cousin a rifle for that hunting trip, you're now a felon.

This state is turning into the California of flyover country. If things keep going the way they are we're going to end up worse than Illinois pretty soon.
