So the piece of land he used to get to and from his workshop was soon to be occupied by a concrete plant. That would probably work better if you still bothered to include a loose translation of the term (no matter how unwieldy it might be), so that the people you're trying to communicate with can understand you. "Αυτοδικεία" might be the best word to communicate that particular concept, but if nobody knows what it means, you're not actually communicating anything at all. At least include a phonetic spelling: a word isn't going to stick in somebody's head if they don't even know what it sounds like. It might be intuitive to you, but the rest of us aren't so familiar with tzatziki runes.

Full autonomous bulldozers do exist. It's an addon package that costs more than the vehicle itself, but they're out there. Plus, by my understanding of how they work, I'm not sure how you would weaponize them.

Here's my attempt at this game. A light dozer will either be easily perforated by enemy fire or be loaded down with too much armor for its tiny engine to handle. As a result, it's most effective as a remote suicide vehicle laden with your choice of area denial/destruction weapon. Get several of them for maximum fun. A super-heavy dozer will require large amounts of fuel, and if you have the money to keep a super-heavy dozer going for a reasonable length of time, you have the money to buy a proper tank. It also forces you to spend 50% more points for armor, and you obviously don't want that. Medium or heavy are the only choices for a manned killdozer.

For a heavy generalist killdozer, go with titanium or reactive armor. The best weapons are the mortar, sniper rifle and mounted machine gun. The flamethrower can set things on fire, but you can do that with a Molotov and much more stealth. The mortar and sniper rifle transform your killdozer into an artillery platform, making shoot-and-scoot tactics the best way to go, while the machine gun is good for close range. The mortar is probably going to work better against vehicles. The machine gun's caliber isn't stated, but if you can get mortars, you might as well get an autocannon too. Get either a mortar/machine gun or mortar/sniper combo. You could also make a battering ram and stack armor, fuel and engine power if you just want to crush buildings.

Most of the extras are useless. Stronger treads are just about mandatory to protect yourself from anti-tank tactics which will also work on a killdozer. The best extra aside from stronger treads is advanced optics. Cooling fans are nice but not mandatory. Just pack a mini-fridge or cooler full of cold drinks, or rig up a cooling system into your clothing. Extra fuel and better engines would be nice, but they take up so many points that you could spend on weapons. If you get a heavy dozer with titanium armor, a machine gun or sniper, a mortar, stronger treads, and advanced optics with any two complications of your choice, you have a very durable and powerful vehicle that comes in at 26 points. If you don't want a second complication, swap titanium for RHA and save 3 points. You could make up for RHA's deficiencies by adding active protection systems which aren't listed here. That would probably cost 2-3 points if it were added. Slat armor should be another option to protect against rockets, and it can be made very cheaply to the point of being practically free. For best results, make sure to give your armor enough slope.

I'm going to go with a weird combo for my medium dozer. Sealed in implies there is not a sealed in, but I want the escape hatch -8 anyway, and there is no way the cops won't be +4 shoot to kill. It would just be too fun to not have a small chance of escaping and going down in history as an unknown.

For weapons, mounted machine gun -4, that small amount of bulletproof glass sounds nice for visibility since I'm not making good optical choices. Flammenwerfer -5 on the opposite side, for starting fires and keeping people from sneaking up when you're using the MG.

Improved treads for better crunching -5

One improvement/complication I would suggest as a possibility, is -Hate Crimes- for bonus kredits. A killdozer at a fag parade or house of worship would probably change the situation drastically. Might as well weld yourself in at that point unless you're in Norway though.
