<200k is a completely tiny mom and pop business, which might get away with corporate tax, but they have the burden of local business taxes. A slightly larger corporation escapes local business taxes, but has to deal with corporate taxes. Only massive internationals escape both.

Yes but in order to have the ability to just increase prices, they need to command a large portion of the market. If someone is in walking distance offering a better price, you can't exactly use that tactic.
