The MPAR 556 was actually really decent especially for the $700 it originally sold for. Now when they decided to slather it in knock-off magpul furniture and up the price to $1300 then wondered why it stopped selling, well that ended about as well as you'd expect. I think it's still in the catalog, but I haven't seen one in the wild in a couple of years.

The American "Sig" is a company owned by some old kike who pumps out shit for maximum profit and nothing else, apparently the US-made Sigs are absolutely awful compared to the Swiss ones and there's no real point in buying one, unless you're a collector of course.

I saw that 9x39 AR well over a year ago, the first batch of "commercial" 9x39 was shown more than two years ago and still nothing. I wouldn't hold my breath.

Merilards have some very similar wildcat rounds, but they never catch on.

Even a semi-auto only version of the SG551 would be awesome instead of the Sig556 BS. It seems like an excellent alternative to both the direct impingement and piston versions of the AR15.
