I'm looking for a hybrid holster that will accept a 4" M&P .45 with one attached. Anyone deal with them before? Recommend, not recommend, any better hybrid out there that fits my requirements?

High Threat Concealment might be able to do an IWB for your pistol and light combo. Try contacting them.

Pic is my EDC G19 Gen 4, three dot tritium sights, SilencerCo barrel, and Surefire X300U-B, loaded with 16 rounds of Winchester PDX1 147gr JHPs. At least one spare 17 round mag goes with it everywhere.
