That's actually a good idea. With all the anti-vaccination craze going on you could pull out a supposedly defeated disease from storage, enhance her a wee bit, and let her rip. Even if it's really just a bad case of flu, it's useful in all kinds of war. A sick soldier performs worse, and a sick civilian is less likely to go and protest against occupying forces.

I am not in any way anywhere near being against vaccines as a concept unless if that occurs in Africa but most vaxx-abuser I've talked to about it where not even aware that most modern vaccines contain mercury compounds and think it's a conspiracy theory when I mention it.
