SO, suppose my friend drunk ordered a Remington rifle off Buds.

Now its on its way to the pawn shop FFL in town and he has sobered up and no longer wants to gamble on Remshit.

How can you reject the rifle at the FFL?

Do I need to find something wrong with it. (not hard, its Remington) Or can you just ask for it to be shipped back?

Thank you

in most cases you can just ask to return it

Ring up a different FFL and ask them? I'd expect you'd have to cover the return postage.

I assume you bought an M700, eh? Owing to the abundance of after market parts, it could be a good platform for fooling around with wildcats.

yeah probably, that's why they always say 'open it up and inspect it before you leave, because once you leave with it I'm not taking it back'
