SO, suppose my friend drunk ordered a Remington rifle off Buds.

Now its on its way to the pawn shop FFL in town and he has sobered up and no longer wants to gamble on Remshit.

How can you reject the rifle at the FFL?

Do I need to find something wrong with it. (not hard, its Remington) Or can you just ask for it to be shipped back?

Ring up a different FFL and ask them? I'd expect you'd have to cover the return postage.
