So the topic of this is bullying but it's not that I'm getting bullied I'm more or less getting punked by this old Indian guy at my new job. He always says stupid things and tries to break into the bathroom while I'm taking a dump. I'm wondering what's the best way to make sure that he doesn't disrespect me anymore. Like is there a line that I should practice and present it to him one day at work? Or perhaps I should threaten him. The only thing that I don't want to do is just stand down and look like a b****. I feel like that method as an early introductory as to who I am would go down with me forever in history. Any advice?
Also, im a white 27 year old male and he is a 50 year old, probably illegal, with engish that is not understanable. Im sick of the paradigm that we have to make an effort to understand them. Also, he holds no leverage in the workplace nor does he have auhority to boss me around. This isn't about business politics, it's more or less about getting respect and putting people in their place.
