Salam brothers and sisters, I'm going to make my question short.
So my father married a non-muslim woman in hopes of having her convert to Islam. Well she was very much on board but her parents (don't even want to refer to them as grandparents) made her over religious and undid all my fathers doing after they got married by basically threatening excommunication from the family. Is there any way I can acclimate my mother back to Islam? She's a hindu but my father and I have been working on her a little by getting her to eat meat, praying with us, and even small jokes about hinduism and polytheism which she does not mind. She even sometimes asks us to go further into detail and listens closely to our takes on hinduism (mainly on subjects like incarnation, caste system, and womens rights). Even though all these measures are being taken, it feels like I still have not made any progress and the worse part is she's getting old and she could die any time (Only Allah knows of course).
tl;dr How do I convert my Hindu mother to Islam?

There are so many books and videos that show Islam in the light of the Bhagavad Gita. And Zakir Naik was banned from India for giving dawah to hindus, look up his hindi language lectures.

There's the problem right there. If you get married with the hopes of changing someone, then you shouldn't be marrying that person.

Seems like a family issue, have you considered a reunion with the parents of both your father and mother? take in mind that this will be an hostile encounter but will be better to try and reach a resolution without feeding the flame by just taking their daughter from them.

1. Teach your dad to be the best husband in the world, make him muscular, stoic, decisive, reliable, exciting
2. As her son make her feel loved and appreciated, show her how a Muslim treats his mother
3. Replace her 'family'
4. Feed her Islam in morsels throughout, repetition of a few ideas when she can hear you is key, but don't make it annoying and preachy like some trini evangelical
