That's a Swedish movie..
I think the only one that's somewhat known is Tali-Ihantala or Tuntematon Sotilas.
Although the latter one has 3 versions of it from different eras and they broadcast the original one every independence day as it tells about winter war.

I think the second most common is brown and then green with brown rings.

Oh, that's a funny one.
Has a different sort of name here though.
Would recommend it though, it also has a sequel as of last year!

Well, the protagonist is a detective that is an alcoholic that has broke up with his wife and it all is just pretty depressing, but there's a lot of cold, dark humour, but apparently none of them have been translated into English, so tough luck.
Date from /lewd/, you know, the person that posted Reimu would know more since he likes to watch a lot of Finnish movies for some odd reason.

I just read about it somewhere before because I was wondering about my eyes.
Downside is that I can't stand sunlight at all.

It was just a retardified version of Pedobear back in the day, same as Dolan is just Donald Duck, we kind of have a thing for "paint art"
