A good portion of suicides are failures and many people usually live. Which sucks because, they're either maimed permanently or stay alive for hours on end until they finally die.

Interestingly, when I was looking up suicide by gun shots. A large number of people lived, but looked like a geek or they had facial reconstruction surgery.

I don't have a lot of patience for people that vocalize that they're suicidal. But, I should probably explain. Where I live has an unreasonably high suicide rate for whatever reason. So, I've had 4 neighbors kill themselves and about 3 friends kill themselves. It's about triple for how many have tried committing suicide .

Eventually, it wears on you and you wonder what in the world is wrong with your town. Even worse is when you're in relationships and friends and acquaintances drag you through the mud because they're feeling depressed.

Try to lend a helping hand?

"No one could ever help me!"

Etc.

So, when my "friend" tried pulling that stunt over his ex pairing up with another guy. Ridiculing him was certainly cruel. But certainly not unwarranted.

Also, it takes a lot for a society to change governments. The US, while not in dire straights is suffering. The economy is still functioning. To change a government, the US would have to have people starving in the streets because their money is worthless.

No, no, it's an Antifa rally.

Which, is relatively new political ideology in America. Most Americans can't make heads or tails of them but know that they're hostile and against most Americans interests.

So, they're met with hostility everywhere they go. So, why the Antifa think they're going to start an uprising in the US is beyond me.

As for Belgium, last I heard, they were experiencing a schism between the German population, the French population and the Flemish population which has caused for some trouble and may result to a portion of Belgium going back to Germany and France. Though, Who knows, They said the same thing about that Provence(?) in Northern Italy trying to declare independence.

Ah okay, i'm familiar with Antifa. They have sects 'round the world but most of them are situated in the US, like you said. The Antifa groups in other parts of the world are also focused on American politics instead of their own countries. You might remember people in Germany holding up signs saying "Not my president" when Trump was just elected, they're like that but at all times.

The German population in Belgium is completely meaningless, there's less than 100.000 of them on a patch of land that's not even 1000 km². I doubt Germany is willing to take something that insignificant. The French part might secede one day or they might be forced too.

It's surprisingly common, we get a major robbery attempt about once or twice a month. They're mostly brute-forcing it too.

I think the owner doesn't want to spend more on beefing up staff as long as no criminal is succesful. I haven't seen any major expenditure since i worked here.

I can definitely see and feel that my co-workers are on-edge afterwards though, not that i blame them.

It doesn't work like Disgaea. In Disgaea, you can summon as many friends as you want per turn.

In this, the stronger your friend is, the longer it takes to summon. Not to mention, the stronger the enemies are the further they can move. So, it can take one turn and the enemy is already attacking you. In Disgaea, certain classes have certain ranges that they can travel. Plus, I'm right before the final boss for that level. So, naturally, if I barely paid attention to the rules that the game set. The game punishes me.

Like GodHand.

Okay, what's the deal with image websites hiding everything behind either a paywall or account registration?

Seriously, Zerochan, Gelbooru, and even Danbooru started pulling this crap.

The reasoning they give is too stupid. "Users that are under age of 18 maybe using this website to find pornographic material."

Perhaps you shouldn't host pornographic images?

I mean, look at gelbooru. It's just a subsidiary of Danbooru and has more pornographic images than danbooru. Wouldn't having a paywall mean mean LESS USERS?

I swear, this websites that want you to pay for porn are too freaking stupid.

If the site is large enough, there will be people who pay for that kind of thing. It doesn't matter how much it costs or what it unlocks, there will be people who buy it and line the owners pockets.

It's not that I don't get that.

But when you offer free content for archiving purposes and then state that some of the content is inappropriate. You're only going to piss the people that visit the site off. It's like Deviantart trying to make content hidden a registration wall. People who visit Devianart will just go to Hentai-Foundry, e-621 or, Paheal.

The internet is a massive place and fetish stuff can be found anywhere. You just have to look.

Some sites just don't want to host certain content. It's just down to the owner or rules of the site. If I was hosting a booru-type site, I wouldn't want certain things to be uploaded to it.

If the site advertises it as an archival service, then that's just a bit silly.

They probably also know that there's already alternative sites, so there's no point in hosting it if there's another site that already takes care of it.

Registration walls are just a way of getting people to (hopefully) join the community in uploading, commenting, tagging, etc, instead of just browsing.

The /g/ wiki should have a page on recommendations. As long as you aren't trying to go for Gentoo or Arch you should be fine.

But both also have user-friendly variants. I forget Gentoo's but Arch's is called Manjaro. Been using it for a couple months and I like it.

I have dual citizenship with Canada.

Unfortunately, I live in the crappier part of Canada (Read, Quebec). So, everyone has a rather harsh attitude because I'm an American that happens to be from Texas.

Can't wait for the "haha, you can buy guns in Wal-mart?" again.

Plus, they really like their French "culture".

I can only speak a little bit of French. So, I stick out like a sore thumb. Besides, only a few people I know actually know that I'm American. But if you saw me walking down the street. It would be extremely hard to pin my accent.

I thought custom flags would be nice.

But, that wasn't I wanted.

The actual French themselves aren't all mean.

Save for the ones in Paris.

It's the ones they left in the colonies that seemed to have built up some complex to being superior.

It's very strange.

Canada is a lovely place full of nice people. I just got stuck with Quebec because I'm house-sitting for my extended family.

Hopefully, French in Belgium are nice?

I have yet to meet a kind person from those parts. The only exception was when i had a tour of the Fabrique Nationale in Liege.

Brussels is a lost cause, just as bad as Paris.

I'm sure there are kind people in Wallonia, i just haven't met one under normal circumstances.
