>The story, set in the present day, centers on the plight of a hostage and the ensuing efforts of family and new acquaintances, many of them associated with a fictional MMORPG, to rescue her as her various captors drag her about the globe. Topics covered range from online activities including gold farming and social networking to the criminal methods of the Russian mafia and Islamic terrorists.
I remember war games a bit, but only the tic-tac-toe scene.

Drawing's always been part of it, but I was always best as pixel art. You can look at it, shift pixels around and understand what's right and wrong. It's way fucking harder to do that with "proper" art.
I use GIMP best. Used to it over nearly a decade or so. Six years at least.
Meh. Not exactly interesting games, I must say.

I get that, can also copy sprites from other works to use as basis easier than drawing a whole new thing.
I even did all of my photoshop courses with PaintNet as it was a lot more confusing to use, and creating transparent images required 5-10 unnecessary steps.
As I put it earlier, I get my kicks out of a good challenge in a game.
Although stomping scrubs is always fun too.

Kek. It used to be annoying with GIMP too, though I found a way to make it easier automatically.

Ah, right, I use that sometimes when I correct things.
I found it always easier with PaintNet as you just choose area and then cut it out, the image turns automatically into png and has transparent properties.
I like online games a bit more because most things won't be the same every time I play, the factor of having a human mind in there.

Although I've played Fallout New Vegas and Stalker Call of Pripyat through way too many times.
When I know that a game has mechanics that make my win % higher, I will commit to it more, I mean like the general mechanics of 1 shot 1 kill instead of silly things like people being bullet sponges and major character differences.

Sleeping, gym, visiting friends and or relatives, although I do admit that I watch a lot of random things on Youtube, although I mostly just play a lot of games as I've got a lot of different groups for different games.
Not really, not too interesting and the selling point seems to be a pretty good looking main actress and a buff guy.

Yes, and I've got a job starting in a few months in another city, but I won't move there as I don't really like the idea of another city, and it would kill all of my contacts, so mostly will spend almost half a day at work due to commute.
It's quite cliché, nothing too interesting but sure beats boredom.

A sickening, empty, soulless "normie", as it may be. The type of person that sees nothing wrong with wearing personas, and in fact does in on a daily basis to further his social standing. The type that, simply put, fits in with the rest of society, is accepted, loved, even if no one will ever know who they truly are. And the type that wants me fucking dead for not conforming.

They're arranging some sort of a deal with some bus company here to get more workers to the small city, and their deal will come in by then.
I did some math, and driving back and forth or taking a normal inter-city bus would not be cost efficient enough.
My plans anyhow are to work there for a month or two and get another job closer by if possible, so nothing really permanent.
Unless I get into the entry exams for university and actually pass, or one of the numerous jobs I've applied for will actually call me back and tell me that I'm hired before the time's up and I will start my work all over there in another city.
