And, if you want to do the tails properly, they're very heavy!
It'd be a very complicated build process.

I suffered from a really serious depression about a year ago and then it dawned on me that there was something more than "Just depression" and the stupid counselor that I was talking to at the time was trying to label me as schizophrenic. Needless to say, I'm not schizophrenic. So, I sought help in two forms. First was a neurologist that gave me some medication and started me off in a really low dosage that way I wouldn't have a panic attack every time I drove and I then I went to a therapist. After I took the medication, everything went fine and now I can talk to people normally without one million thoughts flying through my head and my saying something that would unintentionally hurt someone. I could also focus on school work and that stopped my parents yelling and others yelling at me.
Before the medication I spent about 24 hours a day in my room talking to people on the internet. Now, it's about 5 hours a day talking to people if there's something to do.
Plus, the medication stopped my depression and anxiety. So, that's just me.

Cognitive behavioral Therapy.
Essentially, it deals with addressing neurological hinderances. So, I'm chronically lazy due to ADHD. So, if I went to a CBT guy and told him I'm lazy. They'll work with me to keep a schedule and fix my laziness issue.
