All short ones for now, never had the motivation (or a good enough start) to write a long one.
I'd like to, one day.
For music, I play the piano, although not a whole lot any more.
For what I listen to, It's a lot of stuff. I'm not very good with genre names, but I like older Prog, some folk, a little math rock, and bunch of other stuff I'm forgetting.

The one I liked the most looked at timelines like a grid, going up was forward in time, and going down was backwards. Going sideways would be similar to your timeline, with a small different. A machine was made that could shift a person to these different timelines, but it goes haywire and sends them to one much much farther than their own. It just had a bunch of strange things that we would think of as weird compared to how we live/see things now.
Typing this out, it's actually kind of dumb…
For specific bands, I like Yes, Marmalade Butcher, Fleet Foxes, ELO, Godspeed Black Emperor, and a few JP artists that do video game arranges.
