I think they became to be as Tove Jansson decided to draw his sibling as something very ugly to mock them, but then it came to be like that and it was later on animated in Japan, like many other EU made kid's shows, thus the whole interest in Japan for them.

There's a manga I've been following for like 7 years, and the author's pissed away like 100 chapters doing nothing, and now that he's been told to wrap it up, he's had to rush a really unsatisfying ending, and I'm quite disappointed.
>>39203
At this time of the night?

You're so slow.

>>39206
And it was kind of a weird situation, because Akagi was a prequel to Ten all along, so we knew he had to survive, and it was just an issue of how it was going to happen, and, I don't know, I'm just not happy with it. There's still a few chapters left, but I don't see what's going to happen in that span to make it feel worthwhile.
What will you be doing? Do you know yet?

That happens when the serialization just decides to can it. I guess it can keep some from dragging on too long, but it mostly just ends some that deserve more.

It has some very nice quality of life improvements, though, like using healing spells outside of battle with a button rather than going into the menu, and being able to choose your fusions from a list, rather than checking each one individually.
