im not the op.

but for me the biggest step from not being able to hfo to being able to hfo is how you breath. What you want to do is deep slow breathing but at the same time strong breathing. meaning really pull the air in and really push it out. really feel your body move doing it. really concentrate on it.

before that i breathed deep too, but very slow/almost not pushing the air out etc.
