There's the Dumbing Down series by V1v3, if you don't mind a male voice. Thread at WMM (can't be arsed to search for it now) endorsed it as quite effective, though personally I found the "after" testimonials as soundings forced and exaggerated in how dumb they were. But that might be just my impression.
