Whether or not you should be worried about the blood, I can't say. Ask a medical professional. But it has nothing to do with hypnosis, other than that it happened to occur during or after your session. As someone said, it could be that you bit your tongue without noticing. Or just coincidence.

Whether it's good to keep listening I can't say; you said you felt the effects then and even now; if they are effects you're happy with, yes, if not, no.

But regardless, the blood part, as the others have said, isn't directly linked to the hypnosis in any way.

The file isn't causing you to bleed, NO FILES will ever have physical effects. End of. There are no exceptions. Sorry friends who listen to cock growth files! Files can encourage physical changes (such as listening to a workout encouragement file, or a file that encourages you to hate body hair so you constantly seek out avenues to wax it/shave it/etc, or to grow your cock so you perform stretching exercises), but it cannot do more than that. It's really great at placebo and making you feel as if you're changing, but in reality that change hasn't happened until you consciously make that effort.

What can happen is listening to a file in a dry room, causing nose bleeds. Not breathing properly through the file can cause light headedness and other symptoms. So many factors here it's hard to pinpoint exactly what happened.

So make sure you're in a properly set up comfortable safe space before listening to files. Make sure you have no other health conditions that can be irritated by staying still for sustained periods of time. Or anything of that nature. Do not ignore your body by putting yourself in the same exact scenario again. Change things up.

The point I am making is that you can experience a nosebleed from stress and other factors.

I personally never had issues with this but I did experience deep feelings of blankness in my mind, heart racing, and a vibrating effect on my mind from the audio waves that hypno files use.

I also know that files and flashing light from hypno files can cause seizures in people who have epilepsy.

Again, I myself have never suffered from it.

I am simply asking if the intense strain my mind felt could cause it. Example would be like a blood vessel causing light blood in my sinuses that I was spitting.

Either that or any other possibility that the intense audio could have caused this.

This is the first time this has happened.
