I think you probably wont get a good response here, as most of the people will have some kind of snotty attitude about those kind of videos. I think they don't believe any of them are good at having any kind of hypnotic effect, but some of them do.

My only advice is this: Like the good ones that are already out there, take those same basic elements, but play around with them and make your own thing up. The most hypnotic one of those videos I seen had binaural effects, flashing light, spiral, the whole thing, but had suggestions that repeated over and over with some variation as the video progressed. There was also porn clips playing at the same time. All that stuff was for feel and to turn you on, but the most powerful aspect of it was just focusing on that while accepting the suggestions. That simple. But if you play it right, I thought it was powerful.

If you mean the flashy images type of thing, that's probably a lot harder to do right than any hypno audio. You would have to learn how to steer the center of attention to different parts of the image, how long it takes to recognize a certain amount of text successfully and when it is also brought into context of other recently read texts, ideally without ever consciously thinking about what is being presented. And that doesn't even take the audio into consideration.

If you want to do more than just audio my recommendation would be to stick to sprirals first and maybe put a command or trigger in the center of it every now and then.

Most of the other stuff you can find on various porn sites is most likely not even remotely hypnosis or even anything but bad for your eyes.

There is a reason, why hypnotist either don't use any visual induction at all, or a very simple one (like a pendulum or about anything that is repetitive and/or tiring for your eyes). Visual triggers are, from what I know, simply harder to implement in a way that allows the conscious thought processes to pass them along as not worthy of critical inspection. The bypassing of conscious interpretation however would be one of the main advantages of hypnosis compared to traditional conditioning.
