I've been trying hypnosis for around 2 months now, on and off, tranced acouple of times. Whats a better way to help stay in trance, I always seem to break my focus halfway through the file. I'm in the Retroshare group so i have access to alot of files. If anyone could also suggest some good feminization files i'd appreciate that too.

don't listen to files as you're going to sleep, be wide awake and aware.

if you lose focus, don't worry about it, set one file (and one file only) on loop, it'll come around again. make sure you can relax for it, headphones with outside noise-cancelling, etc., but something comfortable that allows you to sit back or recline

OP here, is laying down on a bed an ideal spot? i have a reclining chair but it's a bit uncomfortable

Can I hop in on this? How long is long enough for a trance session?

I've heard the loop advice before but that would take hours and I rarely have that kind of time.

It depends on the file, some want you in bed, some want you in a nice chair like that, if the hypnotist doesn't say then I pick based on length, using the chair for files under an hour

>How long is long enough for a trance session?

I dunno. Most files try to take you into and out of trance all by themselves, so you're usually only gonna trance for under an hour, but if you're a hypnowhore like me you'll want to listen to a few each day, and that means several hours of commitment.

>Whats a better way to help stay in trance

A general tip I'd suggest is to find a powerful induction that can reliably put you under, as some 'tists might not have included a powerful enough induction (or one at all) in their file, and that's pretty much the most important part.

Also you can listen while you sleep, but it's supplementary, sleep can't replace trance, but you can still hear and retain knowledge while asleep so if you're really struggling with trancing or fitting some files into your schedule, try making a sleep playlist.

She wouldn't happen to have a big sister, would she?

Anime girls that have hypnosis as their main thing are a precious treasure, but I don't dig lolis.
