I'm with you on the GG stuff. I don't think I'm gonna bother listening to her files anymore. Some of them have worked very well on me in the past, but, that's exceptional. They do indeed get boring and generic. Every file is basically the same thing. And that music! my goodness that gets so boring and tedious. This being said, there was one occasion where I had one of the most, if not THE most powerful hypno experience I've ever had. I think that's why I carried on trying with her files in the future but they are just dull. I think that one incredible experience I had was more about the state I had worked myself into rather than the quality of the file. Still, I think some of the files may be useful. Maybe some of the loops. But the main, long hypno files are just tiring.

that's a very old loop though. Better listen to sissy clean. Basically it's a safety net file. It gets rid of all the degrading and damaging suggestions you have from sissy files while also pushing the positive ones further. It also implement suggestions to be safe from damaging suggestions in the future.
