Ache most often means rejection of suggestions. Pulsing means further feeeling them.

I've felt that kind of feeling with hypno before, and I've had two particular ideas about it when it happens.

1: You are feeling the hypnosis work in some way, so I guess it's powerful.

2: I have strongly suspected it's something to do with your pineal gland working in some way

People have said they feel it pulse and vibrate at times.

So to me, not only were these files nice to listen to, but they also seemed effective. Very interesting indeed. I will listen to them daily.

Hi!

I think the body modification one is claiming to be able to alter your physical body by altering a part of yourself that is ethereal. I don't know what your beliefs or knowledge about such things are, so you may laugh, but from my understanding, I think it's something worth looking into. At the very least, the files are nice to listen to, I think. The files did make me calm and positive. So I will keep listening. And while I've heard people talking about changing your body through meditation or certain practices before, talk of these files has got me thinking about investigating into the subject more.

If you keep an open mind, at least you will learn some interesting things!
