Not about specific hypnotists or files or fetishes, but more like the technical side to hypnosis.

What kind of headphones do you all use? I've been using my standard iphone earbuds but I think I might start using my noise-cancelling over-ear headphones.

Any other technical discussion would be welcome as well, whether it's what file player you might use or how you darken the room (or don't) during a session.

I listen lying on my bed and have found that overears are uncomfortable when moving the head side to side and certain ones tend to squeak when the housing or headband touch the pillow. I would suggest inears designed for either sports or professional monitoring. I'm currently using the kind of expensive Shure SE535 but the part of the cable that goes over the ear is quite rigid and can change the fit when touching the pillow. Other than that I quite like them. I have also considered using my dt990pro which might be reasonably comfortable lying down but that one is open back and currently in different use. As the media player I use my smartphone with my library streaming over a network file share.
