So at this point I've listened to or skimmed a good number of K31 files. They're mostly enjoyable, though I feel a lot of them are extremely similar, almost to the point of redundancy. They're also very long, which made it difficult for me to finish some files without either getting bored or falling asleep.

That sounds a lot like the whole Jungian anima/animus thing, where for a male their "unconscious" aspect of mind is "female" and vice versa, now I don't really know how much stock I take with Jung and such theories but it can explain things like this, and things like AGP too in that case, where its not just limited to "fantasies" and even entirely sexual in nature but also being more feminine/androgynous in personality too, I'm not disagreeing with you there, what I wrote about AGP and what you're talking about are pretty much the same. The way I read it described in the context of Jung and anima is that some males are more aware of and in touch with this "feminine" unconscious aspect of their psyche than others and that's one way things like AGP and behaving/feeling more feminine might develop.
But again the difference between someone being AGP instead of genuine trans is that overall they don't always feel themselves "as a woman" or strongly identify with the female gender, and especially in my case they never had these kind of thoughts and feelings and desires in early childhood, for me these AGP fantasies/feelings and desires didn't develop until I was in highschool, I have 4chan to thank for that.. And overall there is no feeling of "dysphoria" of being in the "wrong" gender despite obviously strong fantasies and desires to experience the other perspective and side. Which is why its so critical for guys to make sure they're not just experiencing AGP and unaware they have it, when they might be wondering if they really are trans if they like this kind of stuff so much and feel such strong desires.

Interesting you say it like that, for me on the other hand its entirely erotic, another strong indicator of autogynephilia, these kinds of things like feminization, hypno, sissy hypno, cd'ing are all pursued because they are strongly erotic and give the greatest arousal and there's no desire to "take things further" as in to make a lifestyle out of acting and being this way to others, of taking it out of the private sphere.
