Apparently it wipes away the doubts you may have about the triggers but not the triggers themselves, I have yet to dismantle it and check.
As a general note, be wary of over-the-counter deprogramming audios; it is liable to be harsher brainwashing in a different direction
>alpha male hypnosis, etc
rather than actual help to untangle thought processes, suggestions, and triggers.
If you do go through reputable channels
>stuff from licensed psychologists, psychotherapists, or hypnotherapists with current credentials
the associated materials are very specific and more geared toward things like helping recovering cult escapees and are usually closer to affirmation tapes.
If you've got some kind of perpetual activation loop ("curse"), there are low-judgement qualified professionals who can help.
The best way to go short of that is to not reinforce the triggers with files and they will likely fade.
You can also figure out what the triggers are and just actively tell yourself "no" when you feel it happening. If that doesn't seem possible, see aforementioned comment about professional assistance.
>Awareness of a behavior is the first step to changing it. Practicing proper meditation, positive thinking, and self-reflection can also help.
I've heard good things about lectures by Thich Nhat Hanh.
