hey, so recently certain words will remind me of a hypno session that aren't trigger words, and seeping into my regular life. What's a good recording that will remove hypnotic suggestions and words associated in a session? The only one I could find was N1kk1's Refresh, but I was hoping for some insight from the hypno community, and perhaps some success stories of actually removing triggers and suggestions. Thanks.

Take a break for a few months and stop filling your brain with the thing thats causing you issues. The only real antidote is time.

Deep clean by V1v3. Its free on his website. It has helped some people with similar issues. I have used it succesfully to get rid of anxiety and other awful effects, such as dizziness or confusion caused by hypnosis.

Interestingly, It is claimed by https://8ch.net/hypno/res/29285.html that it does completely the opposite, but I did not notice anything with v2 of this file. Did I miss anything and my brain is @#$%^ now?

N1kk1's Refresh is one of the better ones.

Apparently it wipes away the doubts you may have about the triggers but not the triggers themselves, I have yet to dismantle it and check.

As a general note, be wary of over-the-counter deprogramming audios; it is liable to be harsher brainwashing in a different direction

>alpha male hypnosis, etc

rather than actual help to untangle thought processes, suggestions, and triggers.

If you do go through reputable channels

>stuff from licensed psychologists, psychotherapists, or hypnotherapists with current credentials

the associated materials are very specific and more geared toward things like helping recovering cult escapees and are usually closer to affirmation tapes.

If you've got some kind of perpetual activation loop ("curse"), there are low-judgement qualified professionals who can help.

The best way to go short of that is to not reinforce the triggers with files and they will likely fade.

You can also figure out what the triggers are and just actively tell yourself "no" when you feel it happening. If that doesn't seem possible, see aforementioned comment about professional assistance.

>Awareness of a behavior is the first step to changing it. Practicing proper meditation, positive thinking, and self-reflection can also help.

I've heard good things about lectures by Thich Nhat Hanh.

Cognitive-behavioral therapy (slowly shifting behavioral and perceptive process through questions and discussion) is another big one but now we're journeying into the realm of abberant psychology and mental health, with which I have had some contact but am not licensed to practice.

>I can now be in rooms with tuna sandwiches without screaming. I have some weird problems.

So there are options available if you want triggers gone: some effective, some damaging; some back-alley, some professional.

Putting on an audio tech hat I suggest clear, singular tracks backed with white noise for aural fatigue prevention if for whatever reason you make them yourself or are looking online. Layered voices and confusion inductions are good for putting stuff in, but not so much for extractions and disentangling. The last thing you need in this situation is a headache.

v2 just like v1 is intended to mess listeners up.

It is debatable whether SB's WCv2 works. Some feel it does, others that it does not.

What is not debatable is that the "working as intended" effect is that a listener will stop seeing anything wrong in having thoughts, dreams, or sexual reactions to things that they have been programmed into reacting to. It does absolutely nothing to remove the reactions but instead tries to program you into thinking that you always had that reaction and there is nothing wrong with it.

The file starts off "sounding like" it will attempt to remove unwanted triggers and associations. But if you can stay untranced while listening you would find that SB's WC v2 intends on not only making those unwanted things become wanted and ignored but also includes further feminization and homosexuality conditioning as well.

I did not notice that. At least it's not in the main track. What it does say is that you can be open to suggestions, if you decide to listen to other files again, because you can remove them at any time using the ball of light.

 No.36524

This is what SB wrote on reddit 1 year ago:

I have a 'Wipe Clean' session that revokes all my hypnotic suggestions. It may work on other hypnotist's suggestions as well. HypnotistCel's suggestion to find a face-to-face hypnotist is a good one if there are specific things you want to rid yourself of.

In general, hypnotic suggestions fade with time. If you stop listening to the suggestions, their influence will fade. If you continue to watch and listen then the suggestions are reaffirmed and their influence grows.

That depends though. There are suggestions designed to conditioning you. Like every time you do this you think about this, or get more aroused or you have to do that, or strengthen the suggestion etc.

These can be very hard to get rid off. These are the once that are designed to slowly change you over time. So when you ask me these are the way more effective files (and the hottest ones when you realize that they work).

There is a reason why Stroke Sissy from WWM were affecting people that much back in the day. Or V1v3s Sexuality Restructure: Cock comes to mind. It is also the reason BB bei GG is so good. Anyway i don't think these are easy to get rid of with any file
