Honestly? No clue. Theoretically this 'should' work. But the way this was designed is basically abusing inundation brainwashing / training methodology. The same images flashed in front of your eyes thousands of times a day for every day in the week. Then the following week extra images added in but slightly faster.
"Theoretically" this approach "should" allow your brain to "learn" that these images are somehow important and using your own logical mind rational out "why" it is important and "what" is the important thing in the series.
The slowly increasing speed is also something that theoretically should work. Part 5 blitzes through so blazingly fast that it is actual harmful to use from the start, but the theory is sound that the slow gradual increase of speeds should make your mind and eye able to speed up the learning processes.
Beyond all that is the audio stuff added in. Part 1 uses various hypno track background audio such as "allison in love"'s stuff. It also adds chimes, whistles, and other things to "train" you to respond a certain way to a certain sound. Again from a psychological perspective that is theoretically "sound" to pardon the pun. Future audio changes but is intended to increase the training levels.
There is only one thing in the series that I know is 100% fantasy, and that is the claim that it can actually make men lactate and grow a vagina, ovaries, and a womb. None of that is possible. Just because parts 3, 4, 5 increasingly add pregnancy feelings and images does not make it possible physically. They will perhaps however increase your feminine feelings and desires so I see no real harm in them.
Images included in the early parts encourage dressing more feminine, eating right. Middle parts add feelings of contentment with yourself and "feminine" hobbies such as gardening or knitting along with being more fashion perceptive in clothing, and becoming more fit through aerobics, tai chi, and various ladies body perfecting routines. End parts add images related to guys proposing to you, getting married, being pregnant, being a mother, being both a housewife and a sexy lover.
So to repeat… "Do you personally recommend if they work?" I am a psychologist and hypnosis enthusiast who focuses more on what hypnotists use than their content so I haven't put myself through them to know for sure. But there is nothing I have learned both, in my studies and after ages spent in collecting, to say it wouldn't for those who do put themself through the entire program. Well except the parts about actually being able to lactate and bodily form female sexual organs through listening. That part is the only real fail that I could see through dissecting the entire series of video frames.
