Do you ever make hypnosis files purely for yourself?

For example, something with basic background binaurals and a TTS voice.

Or is it too hard to trance to something you yourself scripted?

Does hypnosis need the element of surprise, or recurring amnesia of the file contents?

Trancing to yourself can be pretty effective, especially if it's your own voice. Hearing your own voice in a hypnosis audio creates a pretty convincing illusion that what you're hearing is your inner thoughts, and you can really argue with that.

TTS is similar in that you know you're hearing your own work and therefore you definitely want whatever is being said, but you can sometimes forget it's really your own script.

I would suggest doing it with ivona's Sallie. It's the closest you can get to a realistic TTS voice.

I used to and then I started giving them to members of this yahoo group I used to be part of back in the day. I am thinking about doing it again

>Do you ever make hypnosis files purely for yourself? For example, something with basic background binaurals and a TTS voice.

Sorta. I once prototyped a very simple "video game" which was a program designed to keep a sub's attention focused while running them through a trance. It used binurals that adjusted to the game state and TTS as a placeholder voice.

>Or is it too hard to trance to something you yourself scripted?

No, it's about the same process, but it's not as exciting in terms of novelty or sexual appeal.

>Does hypnosis need the element of surprise, or recurring amnesia of the file contents?

Neither of those things are required for it. The state of hypnosis is no different from meditation.

Do you have it? It sounds like something I'd be interested in.

Maybe somewhere, but that was ages ago and I'd have to find it. It was just a proof of concept. Rest assured that it wouldn't be worth the time to download. At some point in the future, I'd like to try making the actual thing.

I'm newer to the creation of files, and I specifically started by making ones for myself. I do use TTS as I wouldn't personally want to trance to my own voice, but I figured making them for myself was a good place to start. Plus you can make the script/triggers etc., exactly the ones you want.

Anyone know where I can get a good TTS program and a library of good voices?

 No.29933

I tried to make one with the bubble induction, bad idea btw wayyy too long and it also had subliminals with delta waves. Unfournately it was not effective
