Literally, males have attracted a big trouble for themselves by their ignorance and ego towards females of the world by suppressing them, exploiting them, abusing them, taking forced ownershi of them and what not. Silly, pity men. Not all though. More and more of males do wake up or were always awake to equality and found their rightful place in supporting and nourishing each other. I dream that one day, both genders will live in peace and equality, and evolve to their highest versions of self instead of rolling down the hill into doom days.

You're definitely overanalyzing this, but I do think there is some truth to it. Sexual liberation has gone hand in hand with the development of feminism in western countries. As we have become more accepting of equal rights, we have also become more acceptant of more sexual exploration.
