I'd say if you don't have a lot of spare time day-to-day, then 3 times a week for 3 weeks is pretty solid before moving from the introductory files on to the 1st level as I described. If you can't commit 3 days a week to listening, it's very hard to make progress with hypnosis and brainwashing.

If you can listen 5 times a week, then it should only take two weeks. If you have plenty of time you are willing to invest in it that you can listen twice a day to both files, i think it will be fully effective after a week.

The important thing, I have found, is even after progressing from the introductory stage, to come back to Deeper for Madame and Positive Pause, at least one of them, at least once a week. It's pretty easy, though, because they are very nice and brief enough to fit in easily. I listen to them two or three times a week, personally.
