Anon just use irfanview. The slide show tool that comes with the program is pretty powerful.
You can set the scroll speed to whatever the hell you want.
It is actually only limited by your processing power and fps/hertz of your display. You can also customize the hell out of it.

A tracker is not required for torrents to work, though it certainly can speed up the process of finding peers. If you have DHT and PEX turned on in your torrent client, you can go "trackerless" and remove the central point of failure.
As for the private part, they certainly provide some extra security but organizing a proper private tracker with ratios etc is going to involve quite a bit of work for somebody.

Now what? If this thing can grow it will be because each one of us buys some files at one point and share them. Also, seeing as some you have vast librairies here is my suggestion
We each create a new folder called "new acquisitions" and drop your latest acquisitions in it.
We rename our acquisitions with our username in the filename so that we can keep track of who makes the most effort
We include either a txt file or create a folder with the names of the hypnotists/topics you prefer the most. This way, those with the same interests can take turn in acquiring sessions and make them available to other. If everyone jumps in we can grow our librairies ten fold.

I have Selena's Hypnosis Session on my Giga. You can tell me what files you have if you want, but it's much better for the overall health of the sharing community if you just upload what you have. Giga checks the hash, so you don't even need to actually 'upload' most things, if someone has uploaded it before it just matches the hash and copies the file over to your folder.
Though naturally most people are more interested in files that are less readily available, so upload some of your harder-to-find stuff overnight while you're sleeping.

A year of Giga costs what 3 files would cost if buying them directly. If I could subscribe to my favorite content creators for $5/month I gladly would, but I can't afford to pay $20-40/product from just the 5 main creators I follow, let alone all the others I would like to check out occasionally. Giga has been pretty fucky with user information lately. Upload times are not always right and some users show up as having nothing shared then when I accept they have a huge library.
That said, I just accepted an invite from u/LucyJoWett1 and there was absolutely nothing uploaded. That gets an instant removal from me. Basically everyone gets removed unless they've uploaded recently and tend to do so regularly with newer content.
