Hey, can use some help if anyone's got an answer. I've been trying to rip one of the BGM's from this game https://vndb.org/v6167 and I'm having no luck. I've used CrassGUI to extract the bgm.xp3 file into several .ogg files, but they keep getting corrupted or something. I'm getting a series of CRC error messages in Crass during the extraction and just don't know what to do. The game runs fine. I've tried running crass with and without local emulator, I've tried running it with and without the special parameter set to "tpm1=PATH TO TPM" and "tpm2=PATH TO TPM", I've tried using the tool found here http://www.hongfire.com/forum/forum/hentai-lair/hentai-game-discussion/tools-and-tutorials/382604-h-gametool-dxp3er-extract-and-repack-data-xp3-popular-compresed-file and nothing's worked. Anyone got any experience with this type of thing?

A few years while ago I used to attempted to extract audio extraction on regualr games (mainly for the PS2), from memory Nova Software Extractor (v2.5) at least seemed to work well at for reading. However I'll also dump a few of the other tools I downloaded back then that might be of use as well. Most are pre extracted.

7zip or a program that can open that the format should ideally not have an issue with the tacked on .swf extension. If it does, the program should accept the .7z after .swf (only there so that I can upload here) removal.

I was initially thinking of moving it to there, however there is only three posts left before it reaches the hard 751 post limit and I had already deleted the initial new thread instead of the Taimanin post. So I decided to restore anon partially back the state before I got involved, by removing the Taimanin post and recreating the new thread on his behalf.

Hey thanks man! I've downloaded the files, but I'm not familiar with any of these programs. I've heard of Nova Extractor at least.

Question though: I tried all 59 file types and it seems like there are a TON of txt files in this xp3. Is this not where the bgm's are? When I try using Crass gui for this, it gives me seven files exactly, BGM 1-5, and then the short and long OP. Just they are corrupted or encrypted or something.

Without having access to your target game I would assume it would be based off of the file name.

Some hits from quickly searching for the extension that might be of use.
