A few years while ago I used to attempted to extract audio extraction on regualr games (mainly for the PS2), from memory Nova Software Extractor (v2.5) at least seemed to work well at for reading. However I'll also dump a few of the other tools I downloaded back then that might be of use as well. Most are pre extracted.

7zip or a program that can open that the format should ideally not have an issue with the tacked on .swf extension. If it does, the program should accept the .7z after .swf (only there so that I can upload here) removal.
