Try plugging the speakers into a different power outlet that does not share a breaker with your computer's outlet, the speakers and computer together may be giving you mini brownouts on that line. Check your grounding. Get a UPS and run your compute thru that. And it's possible that PSU does not actually deliver 750w, regardless of what the sticker on it says.
