Technically being first stage doesn't imply being underage, especially in the case of vulpix and eevee that need an item to evolve. Riolu however is actually flagged in the games as being a baby so that's pedo shit no matter how you slice it.

What about fictional content that I find offensive?

This trend of using this as a trump card is intellectually dishonest and annoying. Sure, sometimes people do commit to a tu quoque fallacy, but when it's legitimately pointing out an artifact of blatant hypocritical behavior it is not fallacious in any manner.

In this particular case, since you seem to think the argument is an attempt to sidetrack the issue into irrelevant talk, why exactly is it that fictional depictions of this one particular illegal activity is considered immoral and illegal, but fictional depictions of other illegal activities are legal and in some cases socially acceptable? If someone held the attitude that depictions of illegal activities should also be illegal, this would at least be consistent, but I haven't yet met someone that thinks it's okay to so flagrantly violate our freedom to speech, so the truth is something much more heinous: Some laws and moralities are rooted in objectively flawed emotional constructions.

But, you know, whataboutism, and all that. Some people on reddit cried about Hillary's e-mails and now it's a really funny meme to spout off this faux-intellectual gotcha as if it invalidates the concerns in any way whatsoever. Most first stage pokemon can BREED the moment they are born. This is a thing in the games. Out of your list, only Riolu and Pichu can't produce eggs. Stage or Level does not equate to age. Also, does anyone got the full pic?
