It's a mascot from a company of criminal thieves ripping off money from kids who stole their parent's credit cards.
They made shitty apps like fart simulator but mostly sold shitty self made ringtones in the early 2000s. And their commercials ran over and over and OVER again until you got nuts.
Their ringtones were mostly annoying, or fart/ shit related or just covers with a high pitched voice, sung by a non-voice actor girl (you heard her spelling mistakes in all commercials, so you knew it was always the same person).
Those songs often had flash loops or cheap 3D videos, like e.g. this bunny or his GF singing sappy shit to each other.
I dunno where the company originated, but it was named Jamster in Britain and Jamba in Germany. In Germany, they one day finally pissed off the government when more and more kids accidently subscribed to expensive mobile services and got their families in debt.
To do that, they often stole their parent's bank cards. They banned all Jamba commercials and those from similar companies like Zed from airing before nighttime and only less frequent.
I think that killed all of those companies.
