This is why every artist needs to have separate FA and Patreon accounts for each audience demographic. One account for gay artwork, another account for straight artwork, and potentially one more for questionable fetishes. Multiple Patreon accounts also means that fans will have an opportunity to support the artist multiple times.

Honestly, the comic wasn't bad at all. It didn't have good writing, but when you consider that modern Marvel comics have worse writing now (see: America Chavez), it looks average. Ultimately, I can't complain since it was a free, polished, vanilla, straight, and completed webcomic with an ending which is more than what I could ask for in the fandom. There's very few comics with a combination like that out there and I can appreciate it.
People shit on Kabier/Jasonafex for being a popufur, but I think they do a lot more for the fandom by being apolitical content creators who make videogames, animation, and comics. I don't care if they're not that great, what matters is that they're trying.

Except it wasn't. The first 3/4ths of it were completely gay. Jasonafex's self-insert character also got gay raped (with added daddy incest bonus). Then at the very end, suddenly the MC got laid by the (previously "asexual") queen.
What the fuck was the target fanbase supposed to be for this? It couldn't have been straight people, because it started out gay. It couldn't have been gay people because it ended up straight. It couldn't have been people into consensual sex because there was rape. It couldn't have been people into rape because it was only "rape". It couldn't have been people into mammals because they were lizards. It couldn't have been people into lizards because they were really, REALLY shitty lizards. I don't think that it's that the community is gay, as much as it is, the writing was shit and the end result was stupid as fuck.
I'd also throw in, I think fewer people are bi than they are either gay or straight, so having a comic that's mostly gay, then turns straight at the end, probably limits your selection.

Dismissing it as just butthurt faggots ignores just how retarded the writing was. It's a porn comic, it should have a focus and chosen audience, don't suddenly switch audience right at the end and expect adulation and praise.
