No one can tell you how to make a unique X. Whether X is fursona or story or what have you, it will never be unique unless it comes from you. Do what I did: Make a fursona the same way everyone else did and then make what changes you need to in order for it to be your own. It can start as simple as going from red fox to gray fox.
