Fuck it, I just like sergals for the design. While it is the butt of jokes, it's simple, recognizable, and aesthetically pleasing to most who take it on. We've gone far enough that people are liking and making sergals without even knowing where they came from,

I don't think there ever was a dino with fur. I just can't see them as a reptile. I also think they are reminiscent of those anthro sharks with dog traits that people love so much nowadays. "Monster" or "beast" would be a better term.
