Police need to follow shit like evidence and procedure when dealing with this sort of thing. They generally only prosecute when they have enough evidence that it's pretty much guaranteed that they'll get a conviction. It's why they charged him with 20 counts since if 19 of those get thrown out he's still going to prison. Additionally they'll usually prefer to prosecute based on irl evidence. The article describes that he had video so cub was just the stepping stone to the actual shit that they discovered him with.

Either way, most furry art conforms to this trend. The ones that are supposed to be "cubs" end up proportioned like infants because it's the only way to tell them apart from the adults who are proportioned like young teens or children. Violent video games are not the problem. I've always viewed multiplayer FPS games as something like paintball. You know it's not real, and it's just a video game on the TV , no matter "revolutionary" the graphics are. I was just playing some CoD and Halo with my younger cousin-in-law, and he's doing just fine.

To make my case more clear, violence has actually gone down for the past decade, and yet one of the most popular games young kids play these days is CoD.

This used to be clearer prior to Millennials since it used to be that adults didn't do children's things but it's besides the point.
