Make a twitter and follow a lot of artists who are around your skill level, make connections, make consistent art posts, take requests. I'm currently doing that and it's working well. It just takes patience.

Twitter, follow a bunch of furry artists and big names. Do a "retweet to enter" art give away, make fanart of a big name and they'll retweet it 90% of the time to thier 5k+ follower base

Get a Furaffinity account. Post regularly. Establish ties with other artists. Practice your drawing in the meantime.
Try drawing art of subjects that others are interested in. That should get their attention. Others will then find your gallery if they see your art in other's favorites galleries, if they like your art enough.
