Fortnite tends to end its seasons with a bang, and the finale to Season 9 is coming up this weekend. In past season finales we've seen a variety of world-altering cataclysms, and Season 9 looks like it's gearing up for a clash of titans.

Countdown timers around the Fortnite's battle royale island have appeared in the game, and they're pointing to 7 p.m. BST (thanks, Eurogamer). That's likely when you'll want to log in to catch the main event that marks the end of the season.

Whatever happens, it seems most likely that it'll involve a fight of massive proportions. In the red corner, there's the gargantuan robot that's being constructed at the Pressure Plant in the crater of the volcano. In the blue corner, there's the entity known as the Cattus Monster, which has been charging around in the distance off the coast for the last while.

Whatever happens between the two behemoths is likely to change to landscape significantly, and that's probably why the public service announcement posters around the island have advised players, "when danger strikes, take the high ground." Week 10 has arrived, and with it, season 9 of Fortnite is winding down, along with its epic 100 stage Fortbyte hunt. Today marks the arrival of Fortbyte #33, which is found at a location hidden within the week 10 loading screen.

But that’s kind of misleading. Once more, the location is not actually hidden in the loading screen itself, it’s actually in the description of the loading screen once you go to view it after unlocking it. Here that is, if you haven’t done it yourself yet (you don’t need to have the loading screen to get this Fortbyte, although completing all the challenges for the week is a different Fortbyte).

It says “You’re a long way from Lonely Lodge…” which again, is misleading because you are now going not a long way from Lonely Lodge, but you are literally going to Lonely Lodge itself.

Where you want to go when you arrive is to face the main Lodge entryway, then turn 90 degrees left. You will find yourself staring at a small little shack with a log and fire out front. That’s where you’re going.

You open the door and the Fortbyte will be hard to miss, considering this is a one room cabin with pretty much nothing else inside but the Fortbyte. A chest can sometimes spawn on the roof of this place.

Lonely Lodge is not exactly a hot drop zone these days, but it might be today as everyone races to get one of the last few Fortbytes out there. So be prepared. This also could be one of your last chances to visit Lonely Lodge. Yes, it survived a volcano eruption nearby, but it’s awfully close to Pressure Plant where the giant robot is, and I would not be surprised to see it crushed in the ensuing battle next weekend.
